CIDG to file raps vs. Robin Padilla, others over Bato dela Rosa escape

The Philippine National Police - Criminal Investigation and Detection Group on Wednesday said it will file a complaint against Senator Robin Padilla and several others for allegedly helping Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa escape.
