Labourer jailed 5 days, fined RM1,500 for injuring wife over crying child

SUNGAI PETANI: A labourer was sentenced to five days' jail and fined RM1,500 by the magistrate's court here yesterday after pleading guilty to injuring his wife out of anger when their child would not stop crying on May 17.
