IJM Land, Southern Catalyst to develop RM1.96bil industrial park in Johor

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land Bhd has entered into a joint venture with Southern Catalyst Sdn Bhd, a Finance Ministry Incorporated-linked company, to jointly develop about 124.31 hectares of industrial and commercial land within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) in Sedenak, Kulai, Johor.
