Dye & Durham names Mary Filippelli as new chair, Tyler Proud joins board as director

TORONTO - Dye & Durham Ltd. says Mary Filippelli has been appointed chair of its board of directors until its next annual meeting, replacing Eddie Smith who has resigned.
