Aramco exits Pengerang JV as Petronas assumes full ownership

KUALA LUMPUR: Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) taking full ownership of the Pengerang Refining and Petrochemical (PRefChem) complex in Johor after signing an agreement with Saudi energy giant Aramco to buy the latter’s stakes in the venture.
