High Court allows UOA arm to contest RM165 mil tax claim

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has granted UOA Development Bhd’s investment arm, Distinctive Acres Sdn Bhd, leave to contest a RM165.66 million tax assessment and penalty arising from the 2020 sale of an asset in Bangsar South to a real estate investment trust (REIT).
