RTD restores online vehicle ownership transfer service immediately

KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport Department (RTD) has agreed to immediately restore its online vehicle ownership transfer service following concerns over disruptions to daily transactions, Transport Minister Anthony Loke said today.
