DPWH chief inspects site of collapsed building in Angeles City
ANGELES CITY, Pampanga — Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon on Sunday afternoon arrived and inspected the site of a collapsed nine-story reinforced concrete building here as search and rescue operations continued for possible survivors. The structure, a proposed mixed-use concrete development still in its construction phase, collapsed before dawn, prompting a large-scale emergency response from local authorities.
