Solihull man of 'good character' fined after police find knuckleduster

Dylan Connolly, 21, from Fordbridge, Solihull, was fined £533 and ordered to pay £831 in total after police discovered a knuckleduster in his pocket during a stop on April 17. The warehouse worker pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon in a public place at Birmingham Magistrates' Court.
