At least 26 pulled from rubble after building collapse in Pampanga

Earlier reports said that at 3 a.m. on Sunday, May 24, at least 30 to 40 people were trapped in the construction of the nine-story hotel at Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga.
