ICC: Duterte to stay detained

MANILA: Former Philippine president Rodrigo R. Duterte will stay detained at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, the Netherlands, the Philippine News Agency (PNA) reported, citing a trial chamber rule on Friday.
