BAGUIO CITY — A network of digital advocates welcomed moves to hold individuals accountable for statements that may cross legal boundaries following the filing of complaints against a vice mayor in Isabela province over alleged social media posts and statements that authorities said may constitute incitement and cyber-related offenses.
