Burhan, also known as Arjumand Gulzar Dar and codenamed "Doctor," was shot by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir on Thursday morning as he stepped out of a private college in Muzaffarabad, where he had been living undercover and working as principal.
