No licence: Vellfire driver left to continue journey on foot

MELAKA: A man driving a luxury multipurpose vehicle was left to continue his journey on foot after failing to produce a valid driving licence during a Road Transport Department (RTD) enforcement operation here, instead handing over only a UNHCR card to officers.
