Section of Hwy. 12 reopens following fatal head-on crash in Scugog involving dump truck

Highway 7/12 was closed for several hours on Friday (May 22) between Scugog Line 12 and Scugog Line 14, while the Ontario Provincial Police investigated the collision that left one person dead.
