Ombudsman, UN official eye closer collaboration vs corruption

MANILA, Philippines — A United Nations anti-corruption official and Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla discussed future areas of collaboration to beef up anti-corruption efforts during a courtesy visit on Thursday. Remulla met with Annika Wythes, the anti-corruption team lead at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Southeast Asia and the Pacific together with UNODC Philippines National Programme Officer Atty. Kirbee Tibayan.
